Now that you have purchased your account, go to your email and check for confirmation from Apex that it has been created. You will also get an email about “Account Verification”.

1. LOOK FOR AN EMAIL THAT SAYS “ACCOUNT VERIFICATION”. Simply click on the link in the email to verify yourself.

2. LOOK FOR AN EMAIL THAT SAYS “YOUR (RITHMIC or TRADOVATE) ACCOUNT IS SETUP FOR APEX TRADER FUNDING”
The email will say what type of account is being setup and there will be a note:
It will take between 10 minutes minimum to 90 minutes maximum for the data to be activated AFTER you sign the data agreements depending on how many users are signing up at the same time. This only applies to the first time you signup. We are working on a method to expedite this process, but it will take a couple weeks to develop. In the meantime, there is a wait time. Thank you for your patience with the activation process during this launch.

3. You will see a link that shows you where to put your either Tradovate or Rithmic credentials from Apex.
You can find these credentials either in the next email or in your Apex Member login. These emails will include a NinjaTrader License Key!

4. You will also get an email stating the details of your order with payment amount, payment reference, and invoice.

5. Once the account is active, you will receive another email stating “ACTIVE (RITHMIC or TRADOVATE) ACCOUNT”.
It will show your account ID and along with the account number. Example: APEX-00000-00


YOUR LOGIN CREDENTIALS AND NINJATRADER LICENSE KEY CAN ALL BE FOUND IN YOUR APEX MEMBER ACCOUNT!

NOW YOU MOVE ONTO CONNECTING YOUR ACCOUNT AND LOGGING INTO THE PLATFORM YOU CHOSE.
